ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of products through E-Fabulous is strictly limited to purchasers who can legitimately enter into and form contracts on the Site in agreement with Thai law.

In order to make purchases through the E-Fabulous, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Particularly, Customers will be required to provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as specified. In addition, when you order items, customers will be necessary to provide payment details and your represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both legitimate and accurate and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provide.Furthermore, by making an offer to purchase products, you specifically authorize us to perform credit checks and, where E-Fabulous feels necessary, to send out or to achieve information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to confirm your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase contacts.

To make your fabulous purchase. Please follow these easy steps:

  • Shop by browsing through our page or searching our category in collections.
  • Click on the image to access the individual item's product page where you will be given information on sizing, color options, and quantities remaining in stock.
  • Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the 'Please add to my fabulous bag' button near the desired item.
  • Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item. To change the number of items click on Manage my fabulous bag' and type in the new quantity.
  • Resume shopping after viewing your fabulous bag; click the ‘Keep on Fabulous’ button. Please be aware that even though the item is in your fabulous bag another customer can still purchase it.
  • Proceed to checkout to finalize your purchases and follow the instructions.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

E-Fabulous offers products for sale that are in stock and available for shipping from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will guarantee that you receive this product in priority once designer stock has been delivered to E-FABULOUS. E-FABULOUS will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer/supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at E-FABULOUS; on the other hand, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

Prices shown on the site are in USD and are inclusive of VAT. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The USD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored. Buying from any countries, you will also request carriage costs and any duties taxes by the authority to which you have specified delivery. The final price for customers will be calculated in agreement with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation and Returns below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and E-FABULOUS will be perfected when we ship the products to you.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a deal for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole judgment. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any products from the Site whether or not that products has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a deal or unwinding or suspending any deal after processing has begun.



PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa and Master Card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by E-Fabulous. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to E-FABULOUS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

At E-FABULOUS we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Go to www.fedex.com and simply type in your unique tracking number which we e-mailed to you.

E-FABULOUS will record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the E-FABULOUS web site, your credit card details are not held on the Web site.



CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

For faulty products returns requested within 7 days of delivery we offer a free returns service via our international couriers FedEx.

All items for return must have a Return Products Authorization (RPA) number. For returns of faulty products please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. RPA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at customerservice@e-fabulous.com. Once you have received your RPA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you and detailed below. Please note that unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

We request that all products are returned within 12 days of the date of your request for an RPA.

Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of E-FABULOUS and can only be refunded as a 'store credit'.

E-FABULOUS will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.

Returns on non-faulty items of lingerie and swimwear will not be accepted if the hygiene strip is removed from the place.

E-FABULOUS strongly suggests all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned products if you do not return them to us via FedEx.

In case of any failure to return any products to us within the specific time limits, even though validly cancelled we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the products.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded.

You should make the products freely available for collection by FedEx at a mutually convenient time within 12 days of receiving the RPA. The return address is stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your products. Failure to obtain an RPA or return goods using FedEx service does not affect your statutory rights.



HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS

In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must obtain a Return Product Authorization (RPA) number by emailing us at customerservice@e-fabulous.com and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the products are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All products returned as faulty will be examined and any products that considered being fair, wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Alternatively, you can request a E-FABULOUS store credit that can be used against future purchase at E-FABULOUS.
